“Teri has been great! My mom and dad both really like her. It’s the first aide they both like. She treats both my parents with respect and is especially good at interacting with my dad who has dementia. He is extremely hard of hearing and it is difficult to talk to him, but Teri manages to talk to him and keep him engaged. ”
